Continue to practice yoga safely at home after Baby's arrival. Postanatal practice focuses on pelvic floor and abdominal strengthening.
These sessions were designed to serve either vagina birthing or C-sections.

Yoga would help you to stay present and center, re-energize yourself and physically stronger while your mind relaxes.

It is well known that one of the benefits of yoga is the help balance emotions and hormones.
